Mark Sheehan, The Script Guitarist, Dies At 46

The death has occurred of Mark Sheehan, who was a co-founder of the Irish rock band The Script and their guitarist. According to an announcement made by the band on their Twitter handle, the 46-year-old passed away at a hospital after a brief illness. On April 14, the organization shared the news that he had passed away.
Following a brief illness, the caption states that “Much loved husband, father, brother, band mate, and friend Mark Sheehan passed away today in hospital.” During this difficult time, the family and the band ask that fans respect their need for privacy.

Mark Sheehan, Danny O’Donoghue (singer), and Glen Power (drummer) are said to have been the original members of the band, which was established in 2001 by the BBC.
