Rick and Morty Season 5 will be released on Hulu! The American Adult Swim animated series made its bang for its fifth season in 2020 and quickly amazed fans just as it had with previous seasons. With the home video release for the new season now on shelves, fans had been wondering when the new season would be available for streaming. There were speculations that the new season would hit HBO Max first, but the producers have decided for its streaming release with Hulu next month.

Hulu has officially revealed that Rick and Morty Season 5 has been listed for a February 5th release. So, we have to wait a bit for the release (except for some international fans who are currently enjoying the newest season with Netflix)
Rick and Morty- Plot
Rick and Morty is an American adventurous animated science fiction that tells the misadventures of cynical mad scientist Rick Sanchez and his good-hearted, but distressed grandson Morty Smith.
The series originated from an animated parody film of the 1985 American science fiction movie Back to the Future. Rick and Morty is created by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon. It has 5 seasons as of now with over 51 episodes. The first season, which contains 11 episodes, aired in 2013. The fifth season which contained 10 episodes was aired in June 2021.
Rick and Morty revolve around the Smith household which consists of Jerry and Beth along with their children Summer and Morty. Beth’s father is Rick Sanchez. He had recently reunited with Beth Smith, as she is desperate for her dad’s approval and traumatised by him leaving in the first place, Beth welcomes his dysfunction into the home she shares with her husband Jerry, a perpetually down on his luck loser who Rick hates.
Summer is an average American teenage girl. She is worried about fashion, her friends and the various boys she likes at her school. What sets her apart from the rest of her peers is how utterly unfazed she seems to be by her parents’ feelings of marriage and her grandpa’s high-risk space adventures.
Morty is the youngest in the family and Rick’s closest ally in his maddening adventures. Before Rick’s arrival, Morty was a troubled kid charting well below average at his school. A big reason is because of his crippling crush on a girl named Jessica. After Rick shows up, Morty’s life becomes different.
Rick and Morty Season 5 – Criticism
Rick and Morty season 5 has caused a little divide among the community. fans criticized that there was a lack of Rick and Morty pairing as well as missing in character development. Some also opine that the pacing for the episodes was way too fast and difficult to follow. Anyway, another group enjoyed these changes and said that these changes were for some other reason.
