This broccoli crunch salad recipe is amazing. It is light and bright from the citrus, crisp and crunchy, making it a great choice for winter. Plus, it’s delicious (of course).

To retain the beautiful color and crunch of the broccoli, I blanch it. To really bring out the orange flavor, I add the creamy citrus vinaigrette after it is done.

It’s almost drinkable. It’s divine. All it takes is Florida’s Natural(r), No-Pulp Orange Juice. Add a splash of vinegar, honey, plain Greek yogurt, and a pinch of salt, and then mix it all with olive oil.

It creates a creamy vinaigrette with a hint of citrus. The entire salad will be transformed by this vinaigrette!

This dressing is also delicious and can be used for leftovers the next day. This dressing is also great for making ahead for lunches at work. The orange flavor shines through because the ingredients are still crunchy.
