US wholesaler Guzman Energy inks PPA for 110MW project.
US Wholesale power provider Guzman Energy has reached a power purchase agreement with Sonnedix to finance a 110MW solar plant in the US.
Guzman Energy will take all the renewable power produced by Sonnedix Solar Fountain, El Paso County Colorado, to build its power portfolio. The portfolio will also be used to service current and future wholesale power loads.

Sonnedix Solar Fountain is expected to go online in 2025. It will generate approximately 312,670MWh its first year.

Guzman Energy was approved by the Delta County Board of Commissioners last year for a limited-use permit to install and run the Garnet Mesa solar project in Southern Delta County. Garnet Mesa Solar will generate more than 194,000MWh annually when it is complete.
