Former president Donald Trump is set to assist an ally Republican with his efforts in Florida in their bid to win another chance to win Florida’s Sunshine State this year.
However, it could not be the governor of the state. Ron DeSantis after Trump declined to invite him to a rally which took place two days prior to Election Day.
Trump announced on Wednesday an upcoming rally scheduled for November. 6 to show his support for the Senator. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) Senator who often used insults against during the campaign for Trump’s Republican Party presidential nomination in the 2016 election.

A Trump adviser has told Politico that DeSantis, who is running for re-election has not attended the event and said there’s nothing to be wary of between the two. They have been identified as possible 2024 presidential candidates by The Republican Party.
Sources have told that they believe Trump has been vocal about DeSantis’s performance and “indicated the president was unreceptive to Trump who believes that DeSantis is to blame for the latter’s success in 2018.”
Someone who is familiar with DeSantis’ circle of friends told the media outlet that the incident along with the absence of invitation was “an elbow in Ron’s throat.”
The absence of an invitation comes just days after Trump made use of Truth Social to criticize DeSantis for making “a huge mistake” in light of reports of his support for Trump’s opponent Joe O’Dea for U.S. Senate in Colorado.
DeSantis didn’t ask for the endorsement of the former president this time around but he was unable to make a commitment to serve for a full term as governor in the debate on Monday.
