Know about the LG Smart Fridge called the Tesla of Refrigerators in the write-up below.
Because I have spent most of my adult life living in unrenovated 1920s apartment buildings, I never imagined that I would be the kind of person who owns a home filled with smart appliances and devices. My previous two refrigerators were generic, uninteresting, and not quite white, probably made in the 1990s models. All of this changed when I moved to Texas, where I lived in a more modern home with modern fixtures and a partner who believes that everything in our home should work with Google and Alexa.
Our interest in smart refrigerators was piqued by his obsession with smart light bulbs, TV controls, and other smart devices. Since I’ve been an LG fan for a long time, I started my research by looking at its website first. I was fortunate enough to receive the brand’s 24 cu.ft—Smart Wi-Fi Enabled InstaViewTM Door-in-Door® Refrigerator to consider, which surpassed my previously high expectations.
Although this smart fridge is unable to pour or deliver beverages or food while you are sitting at home, it does come equipped with some impressive features and functions that I had no idea existed. These include settings for voice control, a finish that is print-proof and does not show dirt or grimy fingerprints, and an aesthetically pleasing InstaViewTM Door-in-Door® that lets you see what is inside so you can take stock before writing your next grocery list.
The ThinQ app works with this Wi-Fi-enabled smart fridge, which sends intelligent notifications to your phone to make sure your appliance is working properly. For us forgetful types, it even has an alarm and an automatic door closing feature. Additionally, the app is useful for maintenance; the app can send you a diagnosis straight to your phone if something is wrong. Do you not want the kids to steal a second dessert from you after they go to bed? You can rest assured that sugar highs and cavities are not on your watch’s unauthorized midnight snack menu by simply activating the child-protection lock.
The LG exclusive Craft IceTM slow-melting round ice maker, which produces sphere-shaped ice cubes without the need for molds, is one of my favorite features of the Smart Wi-Fi Enabled InstaViewTM Door-in-Door® Refrigerator. It is the ultimate upgrade for whiskey connoisseurs and craft cocktail enthusiasts alike—or for anyone who wants to improve the appearance of any alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage. If novelty ice cubes aren’t your thing, it also makes crushed and cubed ice, of course.

The premium ice and water dispenser, which can accommodate just about any glass, water bottle, or cup size (another unexpected game-changer!), and the smart refrigerator’s ability to keep produce fresh for up to two times longer than the average model are two additional useful features that are also pretty impressive. And the app’s Smart Learner Intuitive Performance technology, analyzes users’ habits to assist in energy conservation, energy regulation, and other personalized needs. Although this refrigerator isn’t exactly cheap, LG’s smart refrigerator line is a better option if you’re looking for something a little bit more opulent.
