‘Shingeki no Kyojin’ aka Attack on Titan is a popular manga series from Japan written by Hajime Isayama. It has not only received massive praise at a global level but also won several nominations till now. Several games, movies, and other entertainment sources have been released based on this particular storyline. Currently, the hype is all about the fourth and the final season which was released in 2020 and is still active.
Before we discuss the final season, let us have a short brief about the overall show. The genres of the show are action, dark fantasy, and post-apocalyptic. The manga version of the show was published by Bessatsu Shonen Magazine while the show is produced by a huge number of producers. These include Tetsuya Kinoshita, Kensuke Tateishi, Shin Furukawa, Hitoshi, Yasuo Onori, Tomohito Nagase, George Wada, Yasuyuki Nishiya, Tetsuya Endo, and a few others. The studios involved in the production were Wit Studio and MAPPA.
With four seasons, the plot is finely divided into a great storyline. The protagonist Eren is shown being trained as a soldier as his mother gets killed by the Titans. He finds out his capability of being a Titan and works towards it. This leads to the rise of a new Titan in the world set in the show. Another set of seasons takes this plot further and depicts the adventurous life of the protagonist.
The final season of the series got released in 2021 in Japan while it is yet to be released in other parts of the world like North America. It is being said that the release might take place in February 2022. The release is going to be divided into two parts. The first part is considered right now for the launch and the next part is under discussion.
Some news reports state that it might happen soon after the launch of the first part worldwide so fans are requested to wait patiently till then.

There has been no release of a trailer or teaser regarding the 2nd part of the season nor has there been any official news out yet. The makers have not revealed whether the arrival of the 2nd part will be in 2022 itself or in the coming years. Sometimes, the launch is completely based on the response of the audience. Hopefully, the response is expected to be well and good but till the launch takes place worldwide, no thoughts would be given to the 2nd part.
