The brand now announces a new date for mid-December with the Indiegogo campaign still viewable in preview mode. The company also announced the price of the console. The GPD Win 4 will retail for US$799 if it comes with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. GOD will charge US$100 for 1TB of storage.
The company will also offer the Win 4 with 32GB RAM, but it will be priced at US$999. Indiegogo will sell the 32GB RAM and 2TB storage versions for US$1,199. GPD will also offer a 4G module for 100 USD. GPD will also offer a 4G module for $100 USD.
The GPD Win 4 features a 6-inch Full HD HD display with an aspect ratio 16:9 and a resolution 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 6800U APU and a Radeon680M onboard. If they need additional graphics power, users have the option of connecting an eGPU via its USB-C ports to their console.
The console comes with 32GB of LPDDR5 (6400 Mt/s) RAM, and up to 2TB PCIe SSD options. GPD Win 4 offers GPD “optical fingers navigation”, which is a touchpad that can be used with smaller handheld devices. The console’s keyboard is also included when you lift the display.
