· The password must be at least 12 characters in the length.
· The password must be updated once a year.
· The password must contain the characters from following categories:
o Uppercase alphabets (A – Z)
o Lowercase alphabets (a – z)
o Numerical numbers (0 -9)
o Special characters like! $, #, %
· The password must not contain the details of the username
· The password must not contain 2 consecutive letters or alphabets from the user’s full name.
· The password must not be the one which was used in past.
Reasons for not accessing myUSAO Portal
